In the Spring 2019 semester, Kentucky Eta made sweeping changes to our bylaws. We are proud to have created a Vice President of Risk Management. By moving this position from a chairmanship to a Vice President position, it emphasizes and prioritizes the effective management of risk. His cabinent is to be made up of the Senior and Junior Risk Management Officers, as well as volunteer risk management positions. Caleb Nikolich (Fall 2018) was elected as our premier Vice President of Risk Management. Nikolich also serves as the Assistant Communications Chairman. He is now responsible for creating and implementing risk management policies as well as organizing risk management workshops for the chapter. We are confident that under Brother Nikolich’s leadership, Kentucky Eta will continue to be the safest chapter.
